Each pillar builds on the last — and together they form a feedback loop that turns scattered effort into intentional progress.
Define the destination with precision. Not a vague wish — a specific, measurable outcome with a timeline and a reason strong enough to sustain you.
Assess your real starting point. Strategy built on illusion always collapses. Clarity about where you actually stand is where honest strategy begins.
Turn the lights on in the room. Identifying obstacles early transforms them from surprises into manageable, planned-for realities.
Convert intention into structured execution. A plan is not a task list — it is the disciplined allocation of limited resources toward a meaningful destination.
Measure what actually matters. Progress is not measured in effort — it is measured in outcomes. Track the right indicators and adjust in real time.
Safeguard what you build. Success without protection is fragile. Stewardship means preserving progress so you are not repeatedly starting over.
About Zuzana Hronik
Former CFO. Strategist. Author. Zuzana Hronik built the 6P Framework not from theory — but from the experience of leading organizations, navigating complex personal seasons, and helping others find clarity when the path forward wasn't obvious.
Her work sits at the intersection of rigorous strategic thinking and honest, human storytelling — because strategy that ignores real life doesn't survive contact with it.

About
Author · Strategist · Speaker · CMA, CSCA
Zuzana Hronik is the creator of the 6P Strategic Stewardship Framework™ — a structured method for moving from vision to deliberate, sustainable results. Her work began not in a boardroom, but at a kitchen table at five in the morning, with a notebook and a growing realization that the same strategic principles used to guide businesses could also guide a life.
A former CFO with a background in management accounting and competitive strategy, Zuzana spent years helping organizations clarify their goals, identify constraints, and build systems that could grow without constant intervention. She noticed that the people who struggled most weren't lacking effort — they were lacking structure.
Her approach to strategy is grounded in honesty rather than optimism. She believes a plan built on illusion always collapses — and that the most powerful thing a person can do before building anything is understand, clearly and honestly, where they actually stand.
She holds certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) through the Institute of Management Accountants, and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
